Innofiber, Acrolite, and PAVE Technology Co. announced the completion of their merger to form Connexis Group Inc., a new interconnect solutions platform bringing together decades of specialised engineering expertise across three complementary businesses. Each company will continue to operate under its established brand, maintaining customer relationships, capabilities, and market focus that define its individual identities — now with the added strength and resources of a unified organisation behind them. Innofiber and Acrolite merged in April 2025, with PAVE joining in December 2025.
Connexis Group serves leading manufacturers and system integrators across the medical, aerospace and defence, semiconductor, and industrial markets, offering high-performance interconnect solutions engineered to meet the most demanding application requirements. The combined organisation operates across three manufacturing locations and brings over 100 years of collective engineering experience to its customers.
A Platform Built for Growth
The formation of Connexis Group reflects a shared strategic vision: specialised companies, united under one interconnected platform, can better serve customers, pursue new markets, and invest in the capabilities that drive long-term growth. By combining the fibre optic expertise of Innofiber, the micro optics capabilities of Acrolite, and the hermetic sealing capabilities of PAVE, Connexis Group offers customers a breadth of engineering and manufacturing resources that none of the three companies could deliver independently.
Each subsidiary will continue to operate with its own brand identity, leadership, and customer-facing teams, ensuring continuity of service and the deep application knowledge customers have come to rely on. Customers of Innofiber, Acrolite, and PAVE will continue to receive the same quality, responsiveness and support, with the added benefit of expanded engineering resources and manufacturing capabilities across the Connexis platform.
Dustin Gorman, CEO, Connexis Group:
"The formation of Connexis Group is an exciting milestone for our organisations. We are thankful to be partnering with Walter Wood and the team at PAVE to further expand upon Connexis Group's engineering expertise and manufacturing capabilities. This is the right partnership, at the right time, and I am proud to welcome PAVE's customers, team members, and partners into what we are building at Connexis Group. Together, we are creating a platform that can solve more complex challenges, move faster, and support customers at a higher level."
Walt Wood, President, PAVE:
"Joining forces with Innofiber and Acrolite under the Connexis Group platform creates a truly compelling opportunity for our customers and our team. PAVE has always been focused on delivering precision interconnect solutions to the markets that depend on them most, and this combination gives us access to complementary technologies, deeper manufacturing resources, and a broader network to accelerate that mission. Together, we are better positioned than ever to meet the evolving needs of our customers and to pursue growth opportunities that would have been difficult to capture independently. I am excited about what this combination makes possible."
