Almatec Adds Pre-Validated UHP Data to FUTUR Semiconductor Pumps

09 October 2026 | NEWS

FUTUR T and FUTUR H models are individually tested to SEMI F40/F57 requirements, with contamination data provided for semiconductor ultra-high-purity applications.

Almatec, part of PSG, a Dover (NYSE: DOV) company, and a leader in PE and PTFE air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) plastic pumps, announced the availability of pre-validated data supporting ultra-high purity (UHP) reliability across its FUTUR Series AODD Pumps, further strengthening its position as a trusted provider of semiconductor fluid handling solutions.

To further support contamination control in semiconductor processes, Almatec® FUTUR T and FUTUR H Pumps are now available with individual testing and validation against the particle cleanliness thresholds required for semiconductor UHP applications. Both models are manufactured under controlled conditions and designed for the safe transfer of high-purity chemicals.

Almatec FUTUR Series Pumps undergo rigorous cleaning procedures and leach-out testing in accordance with SEMI F40/F57, with each pump tested before shipment. Every pump includes pre-validated UHP data, providing semiconductor manufacturers and chemical suppliers with detailed documentation for each unit. Current test results confirm that FUTUR T and FUTUR H Series Pumps meet, and in some cases fall below, the contaminant concentration levels outlined in the F57 standard, making them an ideal solution for UHP applications.

These additional cleaning and testing procedures enable Almatec to measure and document contamination contribution levels, helping customers shorten qualification cycles and move faster to production.
